The Huada Chinese Academy Teacher Recruit Information

    Considering Huada's curriculum and its current situation, the administration decided to recruit teachers for all classes. We welcome and encourage persons with a pedagogical  background to participate in our recruit, to become one of Huada's teachers, and to contribute to Huada's strength.

1        The individual has have a certain educational and pedagogical background.

2        There is no limit on profession, education level, or sex. However, the  

           applicant must be at least 20 years of age.

3        The individual should have some community service experience or   overseas

           teaching experience.

4        The individual's health condition must be qualified for teaching work.

5        Prepare a copy of the application form and a personal resume.

Allow the school to arrange an interview time. Interview topics include (but do not limit to) :

1   Understanding of the school's rules and regulations, and how to act    appropriately under certain circumstances.

2   Know how to develop, organize, and plan teaching events.

3   Know how to maintain good communication with the administration, parents, and students.

4   Realize that classroom teaching is a complicated art. According to the class as

      a whole and each student's individual situation, what is the most effective way

      to help students reach their goals?

5   How to stimulate students' enthusiasm towards learning, to be aware of discrepancies, and to faithfully complete the teaching task.
